All orders are processed after payment has been successfully received and confirmed.

Since each item is handmade to order, production begins shortly after your order is placed.

Because our garments are handcrafted rather than mass-produced, production requires time and attention to detail.

During busy periods, production times may occasionally be extended.


Shipping Time

After production and quality inspection are completed, your order will be shipped to your destination.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Although most orders arrive without issue, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

Delays caused by the following are beyond our control:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Public holidays
  • Force majeure events

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you in working with the shipping carrier.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Take photographs of the outer packaging and contents.
  2. Keep all original packaging materials.
  3. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs when submitting your claim.


Multiple Items

Depending on product availability and production schedules, orders containing multiple items may occasionally be shipped separately.

There will be no additional shipping charges for split shipments.
