Orders & Production
Are your products ready-made?
No. Every item at The Leather Costume is individually handcrafted to order. We do not maintain pre-made inventory, allowing us to provide premium craftsmanship and custom sizing options.
How long does production take?
Most orders require approximately 7–15 business days for production.
Production time may vary depending on:
- Product complexity
- Custom sizing requests
- Seasonal demand
- Material availability
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production has commenced, cancellations and modifications are generally not possible because materials and labor have already been allocated to your custom order.
Sizing & Customization
Do you offer custom sizing?
Yes. We specialize in made-to-measure leather garments and offer custom sizing for most products.
How do I provide my measurements?
After placing your order, our team may contact you if additional measurements are required. You can also refer to our Custom Sizing Guide for measurement instructions.
Can I provide measurements in inches or centimeters?
Yes. We accept both inches and centimeters.
Can I request modifications to a design?
In many cases, yes.
Possible customizations may include:
- Sleeve length adjustments

Will there be slight differences between items?

Because genuine leather is a natural material and each piece is handmade, minor variations in texture, grain, and appearance are normal and contribute to the uniqueness of every garment.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally?

We proudly offer worldwide shipping to customers across the United States, United Kingdom, Europe, and many other countries.
How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- Canada: 7–12 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to become active.
Is your packaging discreet?
Yes.
Customer privacy is extremely important to us.
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging without product descriptions displayed on the exterior.
Are customs duties and import taxes included?
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes required by their local authorities unless otherwise stated.

Because our products are handmade and made to order, standard returns and exchanges are generally unavailable.
What if I receive a defective or incorrect item?
Customer satisfaction is important to us.
If you receive an item with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I return an item if I provided incorrect measurements?
Unfortunately, no.
Because garments are produced according to the measurements provided by the customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges resulting from inaccurate measurements.

Are my personal details secure?
Yes.
We use secure technologies and trusted payment providers to help protect your personal information.
Do you store credit card information?
No.
Payment information is processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete credit or debit card details.
Will my order remain confidential?
Absolutely.
